From the moment you walked through the doors, we were captivated by the vibrant energy and enthusiasm that filled the air. Your smiles, laughter, and genuine enjoyment of the experience we created reminded us why we love what we do.
A special shoutout to each member of our team plus our extended Carton House family who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring the ‘Bech-Bailey at the Morrison Room’ concept to life. Airfield Estate Takeover
We’re thrilled to invite you to join us at Airfield Estate, as we bid farewell to summer in the most delicious way possible. Think of this as an end of summer BBQ, as the menu is based around cooking over open flames hosted in a casual and relaxed setting. Picture yourself surrounded by the picturesque beauty of Airfield Estate, the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening of great food.
A five-course menu has been designed by Jordan for this special two-night pop-up on the 29th and 30th September showcasing the very best organic and seasonal ingredients from Airfield Estate. The limited tickets are priced at €95 per person for the meal only, or €135 per person for the meal with wine pairings.
