What type of events do you cater for?

We cater for a wide range such as corporate events, social gatherings, special occasions, private events, and weddings. We are not limited to just these offerings so if you have something different in-mind, reach out to our team to discuss – info@bech-bailey.com 

Do you team-up with corporate brands?

Yes! We love working with brands that have the same attention to detail and share the same ethos as ourselves.  

Can you offer your services outside of Ireland? 

Yes absolutely. Our team are equipped to travel across the globe and bring our services to wherever they are required.  

Can you accommodate specific kitchen requirements in my home or corporate space? 

We understand that each home is unique, and we will work with you to accommodate any specific kitchen requirements. Our team can adapt to different kitchen setups, ensuring that we have the necessary equipment and resources with us to deliver an exceptional catering experience.

How much space is needed for your catering setup in a private home or corporate space?

The space required for our catering setup will depend on various factors, such as the guest count, menu selection, and service style. We will work closely with you to determine the optimal setup that fits within the available space in your home while maintaining a smooth flow of service.

Can you accommodate special dietary restrictions or preferences?

Absolutely! We understand the importance of catering to individual needs. Our chefs are experienced in accommodating dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests. Just let us know your requirements in advance, and we’ll create a customised menu for you.

How far in advance should I book your services for my event?

It’s always best to book as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for popular dates. We recommend booking at least three to six months in advance. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, so feel free to reach out to us even if your event is just around the corner. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is there a reduced rate for mid-week events?

In short, yes. This depends on a few factors to make this an option but we will try and offer a reduction on mid-week events over a weekend date.

How do I get a quote for your catering services?

Do you provide bespoke menu options?

Do you offer menu tastings for large events?

Yes, we understand the importance of ensuring that everything is perfect for larger events. We offer menu tastings for clients hosting events with a larger guest count, allowing you to sample and approve the menu options before finalising them for your event. 

How experienced is your culinary team?

Our culinary team is highly experienced and have been trained in multiple Michelin starred restaurants throughout the world and are extremely passionate about bring their expertise to your next event. 

Do you offer full-service catering?

Yes, we provide full-service catering to ensure that every aspect of your event runs smoothly. Our experienced team will take care of set-up, clean-up, and everything in between, allowing you to enjoy your event stress-free. 

Can you provide alcoholic beverages for my event?

Yes, we can provide a range of alcoholic beverage options for your event. Whether you’re looking for a curated wine pairing, bottle selection, or house-made non-alcoholics, our team of sommeliers can work with you to create a beverage package that complements your chosen menu.

Do you provide waiting staff and service during the event? 

Yes, we have professional waiting staff that will provide an exceptional level of service throughout the event and we even have a team of sommeliers that can assist with beverage choices and packages. 

Can you assist with event planning and coordination?

Absolutely! We can help with event planning and coordination, ensuring a seamless experience.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the specific details of your event, so we encourage you to reach out to discuss any concerns you may have. 

Can you handle last-minute changes to the guest count?

Yes, we understand that guest counts can change, and we are flexible to accommodate adjustments.

Are you able to assist with rental equipment, such as tables, chairs, and linens?

Yes, we can assist with rental equipment to ensure your event has everything it needs. Whether it’s tables, chairs, linens, or any other necessary items, we can help coordinate the rental process, saving you time and effort.

Can you recommend any other vendors, such as florists or photographers?

We have a network of trusted vendors and can provide recommendations upon request.

How do you handle cleanup and restoration of my home after the event?

We take pride in leaving your home just as we found it. We bring all of our own equipment so we don’t have to use your personal equipment. Our team will of course handle the cleanup and restoration process after the event, ensuring that your home is left tidy and in excellent condition. You can relax and enjoy the event without worrying about the post-event cleanup. 

How will you ensure the privacy and security of my home during the event?

We understand the importance of privacy and security when hosting an event in your home. Our team takes the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your space. We will discuss any specific concerns you may have and work together to provide a safe and secure environment for your event.
