Weir & Sons and Rolex

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Weir & Sons on numerous occasions to create unforgettable events. Most recently, we helped the iconic brand cater to their top clients over two nights during the Christmas period in their legendary landmark building on Grafton Street.
Our team of experts worked closely with the brand to craft a multi-course menu that showcased our passion for exceptional cuisine and our dedication to detail. We ensured that every aspect of the evening was flawless, from the presentation of the food to the impeccable service. The result was an unforgettable experience that delighted guests and left them with lasting memories of the event.

Google & Compass Group

We relish the opportunity to take on new challenges and create unforgettable culinary experiences. When we were invited to cook at Google with the Compass Group, we jumped at the chance. Catering for 900 clients is no easy feat, but we were up to the challenge. Our team worked closely with the Compass Group to design a menu that showcased the best of Irish produce and the suppliers behind the ingredients.

Neighbourhood Naas

We had the honour of being brought in very early on to conceptualise and deliver a breathtaking neighbourhood restaurant – hence the name. This was a big project, and we worked closely with the owner to design every aspect of the restaurant, from the interior to the crockery, menu, kitchen layout, and ethos. Our team provided personalised guidance and support every step of the way to ensure that the vision was realised.

It was incredibly rewarding to see our hard work come to fruition on opening day, welcoming the first guests through the doors. We’re proud to have played a role in the restaurant’s success, watching it go from strength to strength over its first months of opening.
